• Receive audible alerts if you are moving too slow or too fast.

ENERGY TIMER WITH OPTIONAL VOICE UPDATES

• Initiate a timer based on the desired energy expenditure.
• Opt for voice updates every five minutes to track your workout duration.
• Receive alerts when all energy is consumed.
